Grilled Salmon and Vegetable Orzo Salad

1/2 lb

grilled salmon, cut into small chunks

2 cups

cooked orzo

1 1/2 cups

chopped grilled veggies. I used a combination of grilled squash, zucchini and onion

2 tbsp

red wine vinegar

1 tbsp

olive oil

2 tbsp

mayo

1/2 tbsp

Greek seasoning. I use Konriko's Greek Seasoning (NOT an affiliate link)

Chopped fresh basil for garnish
