Needs more flavor. Was afraid I got the wrong pepper, so only added scant half-but it definitely needed more. Will try again with more pepper. Also, perhaps just sub taco seasoning for spices.

Loved this. So delicious. I actually cooked the noodles in the sauce and added a can of rotell tomatoes so it wasn’t so thick. I also used taco seasoning and skipped the peppers. Couldn’t find them at my market. Win! We couldn’t get enough. Should have doubled!

Would double the meat next time
