Flour alternative (see article - 1/4 cup)

Greek Yogurt-

1/2 cup

Skim Milk or water-

Soup Stock - 2 cups- (can use 2 bullion+2 cups water)

1 1/2 cups

Chopped Broccoli-

2 3/4 cups

Cheddar Cheese-

Seasonings to taste- salt (pepper, etc)

1/2 cup

Optional- Carrots- cut into match-stick size slices
