dairy-free milk (I used Silk PureCoconut) + 1 T cider vinegar
1 tsp
vanilla

few pinches of fresh lemon zest or a few drops of lemon oil
nutmeg
Oil for frying (I prefer soy, or a blend of vegetable oils.)
Extra powdered sugar for dusting at the end.
