coarsely chopped mushrooms

fresh basil, chopped

1/3 cup

water chestnuts, chopped

hoisin sauce (or GF hoisin sauce)

1 tsp

fresh ginger

1 tbsp

gluten-free soy sauce/tamari

2 tsp

minced garlic

1 tsp

rice vinegar

1 tsp

cornstarch

*Serve with mini or large pieces of lettuce and white or brown rice
