(There are no measurements here, because, in all likelihood, the pork belly you buy will not be the same size as the one I bought. So, you will just have to eyeball it and adjust the amounts of ingredients based on your personal preferences.)
Special Equipment
Although I used my Masterbuilt Electric Smoker to make my pork belly burnt ends, I have used my Weber Grill as a smoker, and that certainly would work for this recipe. Here are instruction on how to set up your Weber as a smoker.
Wood chips
