Pre-soaked oats

Cocoa powder

Stevia or other on-plan sweetener

Coffee

Water

2 tablespoons raw ACV (or lemon juice; yogurt or whey can be used if dairy is not an issue)

1/4 teaspoon glucomannan powder (optional)
