dried or fresh chopped parsley

grated Parmesan cheese

olive oil or corn oil
For the Faux Hollandaise sauce:
1/2 cup
reduced fat mayonnaise (I used the Olive oil kind)
1/2 tsp
Dijon mustard
Juice of half a Meyer Lemon
2 tbsp
unsalted butter, melted
Kosher salt,
