smoked pork sausage or andouille sausage, cut on the bias

chicken breast tenderloins cut into chunks, about 1 inch each

extra virgin olive oil

Dried seasonings

salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano

large carrots, peeled and cut into coins

large purple onion, cut into julienne slices

green bell pepper, julienned

1/2

yellow bell pepper, julienned

red bell pepper, julienned

large garlic clove, minced

chicken broth/stock

jar alfredo sauce

fettuccine noodles (I usually use 1 pound)

freshly grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
