This was excellent! I used salsa verde bc it was what I had on hand, and I think I liked it better that way! Definitely make this a regular!
It really was not good at all. We ended up throwing the pan out after we all tried to choke it down.

Everyone like this meal. Even my 1 1/2 year old actually picked at it. I would like to try it with ground turkey and flour tortillas instead but super yummy. Will be making again. Super easy and versatile.

Thumbs down simply because the ingredients and instructions that are on the app and the actual website aren't the same so it was really confusing. I followed the instructions I could see on the app and just winged it and added a can of diced tomatoes and chilies and didn't really follow the measurements. Mine turned out super good but I'm sure there is a similar recipe thats probably easier to follow.
Pretty good. I did add steamed spinach and cumin to the chicken mixture. I also used red enchilada sauce inside but green for the layers and that was a good combo. I had homemade salsa that we put on the top. Serve with tortilla chips (my kids would scoop the enchilada mixture onto them to eat).
Used the homemade enchilada sauce and it was good.
