low point flat wraps ( I use and love Cut da Carb wraps)

eggs, beaten

1 tsp

vanilla or almond extract

2 tbsp

unsweetened almond milk or skim milk

2 tbsp

sugar substitute ( I use baking Splenda or Stevia)

1 tsp

cinnamon 

2 tbsp

Sugar Free Smucker's caramel sauce or any other toppings or filling: ( powdered peanut butter or PB2, sugar free preserves, bananas or sugar free pie filling)

3 tbsp

fat free Reddi Whip
