Soba Noodles - 6-7 ounce.

Cucumber - 1 seedless ( julienne - finely cut into sticks ).

Scallions - 2 finely sliced.

Cilantro fresh - 1/4 cup, finely chopped.

Salt and pepper for seasoning.
