Yogurt starter. You can either buy this quality yogurt starter culture OR use 8 tbs. fresh full-fat organic yogurt. Custom Probiotics and Cultures for Health are fantastic sources of yogurt starters.
Clip-on espresso thermometer. I love the Norpro because it shows the 160 degrees mark.
