Chocolate chips

1/4 cup

Honey

1/2 cup

Crunchy peanut butter

1 tsp

Vanilla extract

1/2 cup

Desiccated coconut or unsweetened coconut flakes blended

1/2 TBS

Chia seeds


NOTES

  • These stay good for a few weeks in the fridge and a few months in the freezer. Great as a breakfast, or dessert replacement.
