Furikake Chex Mix Snack

INGREDIENTS

Dry snack mix:

box Rice Chex cereal

1/2

box Corn Chex cereal

bag Pepperidge Farm Goldfish of your choice (I like cheddar)

bag of Bugles

3 cups

to 4 cups mini pretzels (I like Snyder\'s Butter Snaps, the ones that look like a window pane; 1 bag of pretzel Goldfish is also nice here)

jar Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts, Lightly Salted

Syrup:

1/2 cup

butter

1/2 cup

light corn syrup

1/4 cup

vegetable oil

1/4 cup

sugar

1 tbsp

soy sauce

1 pinch

kosher salt

Other ingredients:

bottle Nori Komi Furikake (you can find this online or in Asian markets)

Disposable gloves, optional

half-sheet pans (the super-large disposable aluminum roasting pans are also good)
