Sheet Pan Garlic Ginger Chicken and Broccoli

medjool dates (you can also use 1/4 cup honey or sugar)

1 lb

boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into strips

head broccoli, cut into florets (about 5 cups)

 red pepper, cut into strips

sesame oil, sesame seeds, and/or green onions for topping
