cooked grits or one packet of plain instant grits (points are the same for both)

1/4 cup

precooked crumbled turkey sausage

2 handfuls

fresh spinach, roughly chopped

wedge Laughing Cow Cheese, any flavor (I love pepper jack in this)

1

eggs cooked, any style

salt and pepper

Hot sauce and green onion to garnish, if desired

1

few grape tomatoes, sliced, if desired
