pieces Chicken Breast or Thigh (dark meat is best, IMO, cut into 1/2")

Mixed Greens

Carrot (diced)

Cucumber (diced)

Hard Boiled Egg (no yolks, diced)

Apple (chopped)

Small Grapes (halved)

Blanched Slivered Almonds

Sunflower Seed Kernels
