package, 4 links, Gilbert's Craft Sausages Bourbon Apple Chicken Sausage (or sub with your favorite pre-cooked sausage*), cut into ¼ inch slices

medium sweet potato, diced into ½ inch cubes (mine was 10oz)

1/2 lb

brussels sprouts, quartered

small apples, diced into ½ inch cubes (I used fuji)

4 tsp

olive oil, divided

1/2 tsp

dried sage

1/4 tsp

dried thyme

1/4 tsp

garlic powder

1/4 tsp

onion powder

1/2 tsp

salt, plus more to taste, if needed

1/4 tsp

pepper, plus more to taste, if needed
