mixed vegetables of choice ((onions, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes all work well). )
1/3 cup
olive oil (or vegan margarine )
1/4 cup
fresh chopped basil (or vegan pesto)
1/2 tsp
salt (more or less to taste)
1 dash
pepper
