olive oil (or other oil of your choice) I prefer our Lime Olive Oil

black pepper

smoked paprika

chili powder
1 1/2 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
garlic powder
2 tsp
True Lime, optional

optional for serving: sour cream, guacamole/avocado, tortillas, rice and beans, etc.
NOTES
1 yellow, red, green bell pepper. 1 red onion. Bake for 19 minutes turn on broiler and cook 5 minutes
