I forgot to marinade them the night before as I had planned and ended up only marinading them for about an hour after work, I baked them in a glass dish for 30 min on 375 and they were perfect. A little too tough for my grandfather but everyone else thought they were tender. I think the proper time marinading would have made them soft enough for him. Flavor was amazing! No one touched the BBQ sauce I put on the table.
