Kneaders Chunky Cinnamon Bread, loaf ends removed

milk

brown sugar
3/4 tsp
salt

butter, divided
NOTES
I would 2x the sugar and cook until the bottom starts to brown, which for us was about 55 min. I also think it might work better to dunk the bread slices in the custard mix before placing in the pan and then add a little extra custard to the cake pan. I also think this would be better cooked on a griddle vs baked.

Our kids request this all of the time for birthday breakfast so to be able to make it at home is amazing! Make sure to have Buttermilk syrup with it. If you don’t live near a Kneaders, try the cinnamon burst bread from Great Harvest.
