INGREDIENTS

lbs. organic, unsalted butter

Large Dutch oven or stock pot with a heavy bottom

Wooden spoon or spatula

Large glass bowl or 8-cup measuring cup

Fine mesh strainer

Ultra-fine mesh cheesecloth or 'Butter muslin'

Clean glass jars with lids for storing (we like these lids for regular and wide mouth mason jars)
