Sugar-Free or Calorie-Free Syrup (I use Walden Farms Pancake Syrup)

2 tbsp

Coconut Flour

1 tbsp

Imitation Vanilla (flavor to taste)

1 tbsp

Stevia or 0-Calorie Sweetener (optional)

2 tbsp

Mini Chocolate Chips
