This sauce was one of the best curry sauces! I was mind blown on how easy it was to make homemade curry paste. We made it with meatballs but I can’t wait to make it with chicken. This sauce is definitely a keeper! Even my teenager boy who is so picky liked it. The best part is the recipe makes multiple meals!
