Your choice of cooked meat (I used leftover roasted pork loin) Or (if you have no leftover cooked meats) 1 pound of sirloin steak sliced thinly

ghee or coconut oil (I prefer to use ghee for the high heat searing)

cucumber thinly sliced (I sliced mine with a mandolin)
