vegetable oil

dried oregano ((may sub Italian seasoning in a pinch))

1 1/2 tsp

black pepper

adobo sauce ((from a can of chipotle peppers packed in adobo sauce - these can be found near the jalapeños in most grocery stores))

2 tsp

minced garlic

juice of 1 lime
