Spices (Try an Italian mix of Fennel seeds, oregano and sage or be creative) Optional

4 tsp

Mix of equal parts Sesame Seeds, Garlic Flakes and Coarse Grind Sea Salt

additional Large Egg, Beaten for egg wash
