Easy Gluten Free Bagels

INGREDIENTS

1 cup

gluten free flour - I use Bob's Red Mill gluten free all purpose baking flour

2

eggs whites - one used for egg wash

2 tsp

baking powder - make sure it’s not expired or it won’t rise

3/4 tsp

sea salt- I use the fine when baking so it mixes better or if you have a grinder make it grind the finest it can

1 cup

2% Greek yogurt (not regular yogurt, it will be too sticky) I prefer Fage brand. Make sure to pour out any liquid before measuring

optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic flakes, dried onion flakes. cinnamon and raisins
