Easy Instant Pot Chicken Thighs

boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 6 thighs)*

1 tsp

dried oregano

1 tsp

paprika

1 tsp

garlic powder

1/2 tsp

onion powder

1/2 tsp

coarse Kosher salt

1/4 tsp

black pepper

1 tbsp

olive oil


NOTES

  • To double: Sauté two separate batches and then add 1 1/2 cups water, pressure cook on high for 11 minutes. Triple it next time, we ate every bite!
