Broth

Juice from 6 limes

Juice from 2 navel oranges

Hot sauce

Olive oil

Pinch of sea salt

1 Medium cucumber, peeled and diced

Green(or colorful) bell pepper, diced

1 Jalapeño, seeded and diced

3 Roma tomatoes, diced

1 Medium red onion, sliced

NOTES

  • For broth combine 2/3 cup about 6 limes-fresh lime juice, or more/less to taste with juice from 2 navel oranges, 2 tablespoons hot sauce-or substitute ketchup or tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.
