1 or 2% Daisy's Cottage Cheese ( I like Daisy's because it doesn't have junk ingredients.)
1/2 cup
unsweetened cashew milk or almond milk

big tbsps. of THM Gentle Sweet (or your favorite sweetener)
1/3 cup
old fashioned oats (I use Trader Joe's Gluten-free Oats)
1 tsp
vanilla
salt
Cinnamon Sweetener filling/topping
