favorite cheese, grated
Pickles (I use homemade)
Ketchup (condiments are best homemade)
Mustard
Mayonaise
Salt and pepper
Ghee or another healthy fat to saute with.
Optional toppings: tomatoes, avocado, olives, homemade pepper relish, etc
