Healthy 4 Ingredient Flourless Sweet Potato Brownies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup

mashed sweet potato

1/2 cup

smooth nut butter of choice (I used cashew butter and almond butter)

2 tbsp

pure maple syrup

1/4 cup

cocoa powder (I used half dark cocoa powder, half standard cocoa powder)

chocolate chips (optional)


NOTES

  • Healthy Dessert :) !!! If you’re looking for a chocolaty healthy dessert this is it! It only has 4 ingredients and I swear tastes like a brownie! I think Arrie tried these once when she was over and couldn’t taste the difference. Some nights when I’m just craving chocolate or the week of my time of month I love to make these and even heat a piece up in the microwave and eat it with a scoop of Halo Top vanilla bean ice cream hehe!!
