Instant sugar free fat free cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix

1/3 cup

nonfat plain yogurt

Splash of water to thin the mixture

1 oz

fat free cool whip

1/3 cup

nonfat plain yogurt

fruit: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.
