Keto Egg Roll Poppers (Paleo, Flourless, Dairy Free)

coconut oil (for frying)

shredded broccoli (I use leftover stalks for this)

ground pork

4 cloves

garlic, fine minced

2 tbsp

fresh minced ginger, mince so fine it's like a paste (or 2 teaspoons ground ginger)

3 tsp

fine salt

2 tsp

ground mustard seeds

1 tsp

black pepper

3 tsp

coconut aminos

3 oz

pork panko (ground up pork rinds)

For The Sauce:

1/3 cup

coconut yogurt (see post for substitutions)

1 tbsp

sesame oil

1 tbsp

sesame seeds (or everything bagel seasoning)

1 tsp

fresh ginger

1 tbsp

coconut aminos

splash of fish sauce
