Baking Powder- 1/4 teaspoon.

Baking Soda- 1/4 teaspoon.

Butter- 1 stick (1/2 cup softened to room temperature.)

Sugar Alternative- 1 cup equivalent to sugar. Granular alternative is recommended for this recipe.

Lemon Zest- 2 tablespoons.

Lemon Juice- 1 1/2 tablespoons.

Buttermilk or sour cream -6 tablespoons.

Vanilla Extract- 1 teaspoon.

Eggs- 2.
