extra virgin olive oil (60 ml / 2 fl oz)
2 tbsp
MCT oil
2 cloves
garlic
2 tbsp
fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp
freshly chopped herbs of choice (parsley, oregano, basil, chives, etc.)
salt and pepper to taste (I like pink Himalayan salt)

garlic powder instead of crushed garlic
1/4 tsp
chili powder or 1-2 tsp freshly chopped chili pepper
1 tbsp
Sriracha - you can make your own
1 tbsp
ketchup (you can make your own) and 1/2 tsp onion powder
other healthy oils instead of olive oil and / or MCT oil: avocado, macadamia or walnut oils are my favourites
