bell pepper, (roughly chopped (I used yellow))

medium mushrooms, (roughly chopped)

tinned tomatoes ((~ 1 1/3 cups))

tomato puree / paste

1 tsp

smoked paprika

1 tsp

hot chilli powder

1/2 tsp

ground cumin

200 g

cheddar cheese, (grated (~ 2 cups when grated))
