okra, fresh or frozen and cut up

NOTES
The original recipe calls for shrimp and crab instead of chicken. The instructions for the seafood are as follows: After adding and cooking the okra add two 4 1/2 oz cans of shrimp, drained. Stir in 7 oz can of crab meat (drained, flaked, and cartilage removed) into okra mixture.
