Ingredients for the "caramel":

(0.5oz/14g) nut butter of your choice
1 tbsp
(0.4oz/12g) pure brown erythritol or 2 tsp Golden Monk Fruit Sweetener or this 1:1 brown erythritol blend)
1 tsp
sticky sweetener (preferably sugar-free caramel syrup or alternatively, sugar-free maple syrup)
½ tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
Coating:
2 1/2 oz
(approx.) sugar-free chocolate or chocolate with at least 85% cacoa content
