pork shoulder roast (should have some fat for best flavor, butt roast works too)

garlic
1 tbsp
sea salt
2 tsp
liquid smoke (read labels, some have weird additions!)
9 oz
cabbbage slaw mix (I get mine at Trader Joe's)
3 tbsp
mayonnaise (I use my own....more tasty, and safe ingredients!)
1 tbsp
onion (rated or finely minced)
2 tsp
apple cider vinegar (or any any vinegar)
