Vegan & Gluten Free S'mores Cookie

coconut sugar

unmelted coconut oil

2 tbsp

plain almond butter (can sub a different nut butter, tahini, or more coconut oil)

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups

blanched almond flour

1/2 tsp

baking soda

1/3 cup

vegan mini marshmallows (I use the brand Dandies)

1/3 cup

vegan chocolate chips or pieces (I use one bar of chopped Hu Kitchen chocolate)

1/4 tsp

salt
