Neutral oil for greasing (olive oil, avocado oil, etc.)
Filling:
1/2 cup
coconut sugar or brown sugar
1/2 tbsp
ground cinnamon
1/3 cup
pecans, chopped
1/4 cup
unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 cup
raisins
1/4 cup
non-dairy butter, melted
Glaze:
1/2 cup
powdered sugar**
1/2 tbsp

Purple, green & yellow sprinkles
