NOTES
I just eyeball the amount and don’t measure so these are just estimates but you can adjust to taste.
If you need gluten free, just substitute the flour for a gluten free all purpose flour.
(If using for chicken broccoli casserole recipe, add lemon pepper, lemon juice and curry powder)
