1 3/4 cups

chicken broth, low sodium if available (reserve 1/2 cup )

lbs fresh chicken breast

1 15 ounce can

black beans (drained)

1 cup

frozen corn

1 1/2 cups

jarred/fresh salsa (be sure to use a brand that you know you love )

1 cup

long grain white rice (do not use instant/minute rice)

avocado/guacamole

chopped tomatoes

shredded cheese

chopped romaine lettuce
