chia seeds (mixed with 6 T water)-to make chia egg

1/4 cup

+ 1 T of coconut flour

1 cup

oat flour (can just use ground oats)

1/2 cup

unsweetened coconut flakes

1 1/2 tsp

baking powder

1/2 tsp

cinnamon

1 tsp

vanilla

2 tbsp

maple syrup

1/4 cup

coconut oil, melted (plus more for greasing waffle-iron)

1 1/2 cups

lite coconut milk

salt
