Copycat Starbucks Vanilla Bean Scones

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups

self rising flour ( I use Gold Medal)

1 cup

non fat plain Greek yogurt ( I use Chobani)

3 tbsp

white granulated sugar substitute  ( I use Lakanto Classic Sweetener)

1 tbsp

vanilla extract

1

large egg white

*Icing:

1 1/2 tbsp

fat free half and half cream or skim milk

1/2 cup

powdered sugar substitute ( I use Lakanto Powdered Sugar Monkfuit Sweetener)

 1 tsp vanilla extract

*You could also melt 1 Tbsp Pillsbury sugar-free vanilla frosting or melt 2 Tbsp of Smucker's sugar free jam and drizzle it over the tops of the scones for other glaze options.
