• 7-8 Large Apples (Peeled and Sliced)
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 4 TBS pure maple syrup
• 3 TBS honey
• 2 TBS lemon juice
• 2/3 cup white whole wheat flour
• 1 cup oats (quick cooking or 5 minute)
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 3 TBS coconut oil
